Abhishek then interned at Reliance Energy Limited, where they received insight into the operations of a thermal power plant and gained detailed knowledge about the equipment and processes involved in electricity generation and transmission.

Abhishek further enhanced their skills as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd (SLTL), where they implemented quality improvement methodologies and conducted audits. Abhishek also developed expertise in inspecting, testing, and evaluating the reliability and accuracy of processes and production equipment.

Starting their professional career, Abhishek joined Shrinath Enterprise as a Junior Manufacturing Engineer, where they implemented continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes. Abhishek identified opportunities for product and cost improvements and effectively communicated manufacturing capabilities and schedules.

Subsequently, Abhishek worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, also at Shrinath Enterprise, implementing and refining manufacturing processes while applying continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Abhishek actively identified opportunities for improvement and cost reduction and effectively communicated manufacturing capabilities and production schedules.

In 2022, Abhishek joined Everest Signs as an Operations Supervisor/Production Engineer, where they supervised production operations and ensured efficient workflow.

Abhishek's most recent work experience is as a Production Engineer at Steel Art Signs Corp., where they contributed to the manufacturing process and ensured production efficiency.

Currently, Abhishek holds the position of a Project Manager at Array Marketing, where they oversee project management activities.

Abhishek Panchal B.Eng, E.I.T has a comprehensive education background in mechanical engineering. Abhishek first obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shankersinh Vaghela Bapu Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at CHAROTAR UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, completing their degree from 2016 to 2019.

To enhance their skillset, Abhishek also obtained additional certifications. In 2012, they acquired Microsoft Office skills from Lotus Multimedia. Furthermore, in 2014, they became a Certified Professional in AutoCAD 2013, acquiring valuable expertise from Autodesk.

In 2021, Abhishek decided to further their education by pursuing a post-graduate diploma in Applied Manufacturing Management with a Mechatronics stream at Conestoga College. Abhishek is expected to complete the program in 2022.
