Avadhut Thali

Avadhut Thali currently serves as the Managing Director and CEO of ARRISE BPO SOLUTIONS since July 2020. Prior to this role, Avadhut Thali was the Executive Director at spocto from January 2020 to February 2022, focusing on enhancing debt recovery processes for banking and financial institutions through digitization. Avadhut Thali has also held senior positions such as Sr. Vice President at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited and Chief Operating Officer at TATA Business Support Services Ltd. Notably, Avadhut Thali is the founder of E Nxt, a TATA Enterprise, where tenure lasted from April 2002 to September 2014. Avadhut Thali holds a Master's degree as an Associate Member from the Institute of Cost and Management Accounts and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
