Mihaela Vasilica Banuta is a seasoned professional in global reward management with extensive experience in compensation and benefits programs. Currently serving as a Senior Global Reward Manager at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since June 2023, Mihaela previously held roles at Basware from November 2016 to June 2023 as a Performance & Reward Manager and Global Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant. Earlier career experiences include working as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Xerox for EMEA regions and in various capacities at Marfin Bank Romania and Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania. Mihaela holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
