Olga Bugajenko

Olga Bugajenko is an experienced professional in commercial operations and project management, currently serving as Director of Commercial Operations at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since May 2023, having previously held the same title at Pragmatic Play from February to May 2023. Prior to these positions, Bugajenko worked at Entain as Head of Programmes for International Brands and Programme Manager, where a focus on technology change program delivery contributed to significant business benefits. Additional project management expertise includes successfully migrating acquisitions to proprietary platforms and coordinating multi-discipline teams. With a background in academia as a Lecturer in Project Management at the University of Westminster, Bugajenko has a solid educational foundation that includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Westminster.
