Andy Crowther Lcgi

Andy Crowther LCGI is an experienced engineering manager currently at Arriva Bus (UK) since March 2016, overseeing the planned maintenance of fleet vehicles to ensure adherence to company and VOSA standards. Andy has previously worked on a secondment for Arriva's UK Bus SAP Projects Team, focusing on standardisation and fleet service sheet development. Prior roles at FirstGroup included workshop planning and supervision for vehicle maintenance, managing significant teams and vehicle fleets. Andy also served in the British Army as a Sergeant vehicle mechanic, providing support under extreme conditions and mentoring junior technicians. Early career training was completed as a vehicle mechanic apprentice with West Yorkshire Passenger Executive. Education includes attendance at Matthew Murray High School.
