Caitlin Coventry

Caitlin Coventry is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM at Arriva UK Bus since April 2021, having previously held the position of Regional Marketing Manager. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked at Merseyrail as a Marketing Manager from June 2018 to March 2021. Caitlin's career commenced at ACC Liverpool, where responsibilities included Consumer Marketing Executive and Promotions Assistant from July 2013 to June 2018. Additional experience includes an Events Management Coordinator role at Liverpool Hope University and a Social Media Assistant position at Viral Social Media. Academically, Caitlin holds a 2:1 BA HONS degree in Media Studies from Liverpool Hope University, attended from 2009 to 2012, and completed GCSEs with grades C and above at St Julies Catholic High School from 2002 to 2009.
