Jade Gilbert

Jade Gilbert is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Arriva UK Bus since April 2023, Jade previously held the position of Senior Communications and Engagement Manager on secondment with the Great British Railways Transition Team from April 2022 to April 2023. Jade's background includes a tenure at Network Rail from September 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included roles as Internal Communications Manager and Internal Communications Executive. Earlier in the career, Jade worked at The AA as a Public Relations Officer and Press Officer. Jade holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, both from the University of Sunderland.
