Kira Westphal

Kira Westphal is currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at Volvo Trucks Danmark since April 2024. Previously, Kira held the roles of HR Business Partner and HR Consultant at Arriva Danmark from March 2020 to April 2024. Prior experience includes being an HR Project Associate in the Finance, Legal and Investor Relations HR Business Partner Team, an HR Coordinator for People Projects and Services, and a Student Assistant in Corporate People and Organization at Novo Nordisk between May 2014 and March 2020. Kira holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Communication and Multi-Cultural Communication in Organizations from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the same institution in 2014. Kira also completed high school with a focus on International Business at Niels Brock.
