Nicolai Heineke

Nicolai Heineke is currently the Finansdirektør at Arriva Danmark. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy CFO at 3 Danmark from August 2009 to September 2018. At 3 Danmark, Nicolai was in charge of running the company’s commercial financial functions and they focused on the execution of business and product development initiatives that drove both profitable growth in the core business, as well as new revenue streams, partnerships, and acquisitions. Nicolai also headed the Device pricing and Supply Chain function - driving the development of competitive (and profitable) tactical propositions that boosted sales and market share gain while simultaneously ensuring tight supply chain management to maintain lean inventories and avoid losses from overstock of end-of-life SKUs. Nicolai lead a combined team of +20 employees across the following functional departments: CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT & REVENUE MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS CONTROLLING & ANALYSIS, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, and DEVICES & SUPPLY CHAIN.

Nicolai Heineke has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Investments from Melbourne Business School. Nicolai also holds a BSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc. in Psychology from University of London. Finally, they have certification from Forsikringsakademiet in Board Certification and IPMA: International Project Management Association in Project Management.
