Karen Doores

Karen Doores is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management across various companies in the transport sector. Notably, Karen held multiple HR leadership roles at Arriva Group from March 2022 to March 2023, including HR Services Director and HR Director. Prior to that, Karen served as Interim People Lead at The Go-Ahead Group plc and worked as an HR Generalist at KD HR Solutions Ltd. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Acting General Manager at London Midland Trains. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Leicester De Montfort University and a professional HR qualification from BPP Business School.
