Lee Duffy is a BI Analyst at Arriva Group since July 2021, where they produce scheduled reporting using Agile working practices and tools such as SQL, Power BI, SSRS, MS Excel, and VBA. Prior to this, they worked at npower from February 2013 to June 2021, starting as a Senior MI/BI Operational Support Analyst and progressing to roles such as Governance Risk and Control Business Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert of Green Deal and Microgeneration internal processes.
