Tom Baker has extensive experience in procurement and category management. Tom started their career at Tesco PLC as a Buyer for logistical equipment and later became the Group Procurement Manager for Retail Technology Hardware. After that, they worked at the Wellcome Trust as a Category Procurement Manager for Digital & Technology. Tom then joined Debenhams as a Category Procurement Manager for Logistics, FM, and Retail/Indirect. Currently, they are employed at Arriva Group, where they hold the role of Head of Procurement for IT & Indirect and previously served as the IT, Digital & Commercial Senior Category Manager for UK Trains.
Tom Baker attended the University of Aberdeen from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History.
