Rebecca O'Grady is currently the Human Resources Director at Arrivals + Departures. Prior to this, Rebecca held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Nirvana Interactive, Director of People & Operations at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and Director of Business Planning & Strategy at kg&a. Rebecca also served as the Canadian Operations Manager at Future State Brands and as an Office Manager at both Huge and SID LEE. Rebecca began their career as an Event Manager at IGNITE after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2014.
