Rachel McCarron

Director Of Service Operations

Rachel McCarron has extensive experience in service operations and delivery management. Rachel is currently the Director of Service Operations at EasyPark Group, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Barclaycard where they served as the Head Of Service Operations from November 2017 to October 2022. Rachel also held the role of Problem Management & Service Improvement Manager at Barclaycard's subsidiary, The Logic Group, from May 2015 to November 2017. Rachel's earlier experience includes positions at The Logic Group, where they served as Service Improvement Manager from July 2014 to April 2015, Senior Service Delivery Manager from December 2013 to June 2014, and Service Delivery Manager from February 2012 to November 2013. Rachel'scareer began at Zurich Financial Services, where they worked as a Service Delivery Manager from February 2007 to February 2012.

Rachel McCarron attended Royal High School in Bath from 1995 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at the University of Reading from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
