Drew Roedder

Drew Roedder has experience working in recruitment and talent sourcing roles, with a strong focus on sales. Drew started working at Arrive Logistics in May 2023 as a Senior Talent Sourcer. Prior to that, Drew worked at Adobe from July 2022 to January 2023 as a Talent Scout for Enterprise GTM, but the contract ended due to macroeconomic conditions. Before Adobe, Drew was at Aston Carter from October 2020 to July 2022 as a Sales Recruiting Manager and Recruiter, and at Budget Blinds from June 2019 to October 2020 as a Customer Service Specialist. Additionally, Drew held various recruitment roles at Sigma Phi Epsilon (Official) from January 2016 to May 2019. Drew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Marketing from Missouri State University.
