Reizel Franz

Reizel Franz is a UX/UI Designer at Arrived. Reizel has over three years of experience in the industry and have worked as a Lead UX/UI Designer and Front-End Web Developer and Designer. Prior to joining Arrived, Reizel worked at Alchemy Technologies Ltd and BCjobs.ca.

Reizel Franz’s experience in web development and design began as a Student Ambassador at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. From there, they went on to work as a Lead Front-End Web Developer and Designer at ideaLEVER Solutions Inc. for three years. In this role, they were responsible for planning, designing, modifying, developing and testing websites – all while reporting to the CTO on a weekly basis.

Most recently, prior to joining Arrived, Reizel worked as a Front-End Web Developer and Designer at BCjobs.ca. In this role, they were responsible for building out sites using CSS & HTML, as well as creating Sketch mock-ups.

At Arrived, Reizel is responsible for gathering and evaluating requirements in collaboration with the client and product managers, preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, creating high-fidelity prototypes for design concepts, optimizing existing user interface designs, defining and creating visual guidelines for the product teams to follow, and coordinating, supervising and testing the designs of the final builds.

Reizel Franz holds a diploma in computer information technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Their manager is Alexa Nguyen, Director of Product. Reizel Franz works with Tyler Pietri - Senior Product Manager, Mike Suzuki - Senior Product Designer.
