Stephen Mallik

Stephen Mallik has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 1998, they founded MiddleM Technology Labs, where they served as an Independent Consultant for over 20 years. During this time, they provided consulting services to large corporations such as Citi Bank, Sprint, BP, T-Mobile, at&t, and AIQ. Additionally, they offered CTO consulting services to small and mid-size companies, including Dprocessing Ltd, TransacXion Technologies, and Arrivu Technologies.

In 2003, Stephen became the Chief Technology Officer at Dprocessing Services, a healthcare platform specializing in automating billing modules for clinics and hospitals. Stephen successfully built a team of 120 individuals to support this product.

In 2012, Stephen joined TransacXion Technologies as the Chief Technology Officer. Stephen created a SaaS FinTech platform that integrated and automated financial tools beyond buyer and seller introductions. Stephen also scaled the initial team of 15 to a 95-person agile team.

Finally, in 2019, Stephen became the Chief AI Officer at Arrivu Technologies Inc. Here, they were responsible for inventing iStory, a voice interactive storytelling tool for digital marketers. iStory integrated technologies such as NLU, TTS, STT, Voice UI, No Code platform, as well as voice/AI, rich media, and analytics.

Stephen Mallik completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Loyola College (University of Madras) from 1992 to 1995. Stephen further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Madras Christian College (University of Madras) from 1995 to 1998.
