Tess Rethore

Tess Rethore is a seasoned professional in product management and strategic partnerships with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Tess serves as Co-Founder and Head of Product at Arro Labs since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tess was the Director of Product Management at Stellar Elements from January 2018 to August 2023, leading product management initiatives for software transformations in diverse markets. Additional experiences include positions as Senior Product Manager at Caremerge, where Tess focused on digital health solutions, and as a Senior eSolutions Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, contributing to the member portal. Tess has also held several product management roles at Voxiva, the American Kidney Fund, and Hager Sharp, demonstrating expertise in health care communications and technology. Tess holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications with a Spanish minor from Elon University and has studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
