Jennifer Griffiths

Jennifer Griffiths has a strong background in HR and operations management. Jennifer currently serves as the Head of People Performance at Arrow Business Communications. Prior to this, they held the role of Non Executive Director at b2b IT Services. Jennifer has been with Circle IT since 2002 and has held various roles within the company, including Head of People (HR Director), Operations Director (acting MD), and Operations Manager. Jennifer has a proven track record in designing and delivering people strategies, mentoring leaders, and driving improvement initiatives. Jennifer is also a Chartered MCIPD and continually develops herself professionally.

Jennifer Griffiths obtained a BA Hons in Ancient and Medieval History from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Jennifer also holds additional certifications such as a Qualified OKR coach from Let there be giants, obtained in January 2023, and a Certified NLP Master Practitioner & Coach from Unleash Your Potential Ltd, obtained in April 2021. Jennifer obtained their Chartered MCIPD certification from CIPD in December 2018. Furthermore, they completed the ILM level 5 Pathways to Success Leadership Programme from ILM in March 2014 and earned a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in the same year. As an executive, Jennifer is also an Executive Mentor and a Fellow at the Institute of Leadership through The Leaders' Institute.
