Emma's early career includes significant contributions to Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd, where notable achievements include launching the first CSI programme for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and managing high-profile customer events. Emma began the professional journey as a Customer Relations Manager at Central Coast Motor Group. Emma holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing, HR, and Industrial Relations from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
