Becky Taillon

Becky Taillon, SHRM-CP, is the Community Forward Director at Arrow Electronics, Inc., where they lead the global corporate social responsibility program. Previously, Becky held various roles at Arrow, including HR Solutions Manager and HR Specialist. They have extensive experience in the hotel industry, having served as Assistant General Manager at Holiday Inn Express and Front Office Manager at Crowne Plaza Denver Downtown, where they improved service ratings and employee satisfaction. Becky earned a BS in Sports Management and Exercise Science from Lyndon State College and an MS in Management & Organizational Change from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
