Mike Wells

Mike Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and network administration. Currently, Mike serves as the Director of Security Architecture at Arrow Electronics since April 2017, leading a global team and developing multi-year security strategies for the Fortune 200 company. Prior roles include Manager of Security Engineering at TeleTech, overseeing a large security team and managing a complex security device environment, and Sr. Information Security Architect at CH2M HILL, where Mike was a founding member of the information security program. Mike began a career in systems administration at McGraw-Hill, where responsibilities included LAN/WAN operations and Citrix environment management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Regis University.
