Xian Hu

Xian (Ann) Hu is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Arrow Electronics since October 2021, Xian has previously held multiple roles, including Data Scientist and Data Science Analyst. At TIBCO, from June 2019 to October 2021, Xian led the DART Dashboard Team, focusing on developing dashboards for KPI monitoring and managing client relationships. Earlier experience includes a role as Graduate Assistant at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, recognized as a Distinguished Nominee for Student Employee, and a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where research focused on semiconductor nanostructures. Xian holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Denver, a Ph.D. in Physics with an emphasis on nano science and engineering, and a Master of Science in Physics, both from the University of Arkansas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Optical Information Science and Technology from Soochow University.
