Amy Merchant

Amy Merchant, SHRM-SCP has a work experience starting with their roles at Glens Falls National Bank & Trust Co. where they served as a Human Resource Officer. Afterwards, they moved on to Arrow Financial Corporation, where they held the positions of HR Manager, Employee Services and later, VP of Human Resources.

Amy Merchant, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven in 1989 after completing their studies there from 1988 to 1989.
