Arleen Girard

Arleen Girard has extensive experience in the banking industry, with their most recent position being Vice President, Business Services Manager at Arrow Financial Corporation since 2014. Prior to that, they worked at NBT Bank as Vice President, Government Banking Relationship Manager from 2007 to 2014.
