Penko Ivanov

Penko Ivanov has held various financial and leadership roles throughout their career. Penko currently serves as the SEVP, CFO, and Treasurer at Arrow Financial Corporation since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP & CFO at Bankwell Financial Group from September 2016 to December 2022, where they successfully transformed the organization into a high-performing entity. Before that, they served as the EVP & CFO at Darien Rowayton Bank from January 2015 to April 2016. Penko has also held positions such as Corporate Treasurer & CFO US Operations at Doral Financial Corporation, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bridgewater Associates, SVP-Finance at Tygris Corporate Finance, SVP-Controller at FirstLight Financial Corporation, and Controller at GE Capital Solutions and GE Commercial Finance. Penko began their career at GE Structured Finance Group as a Senior Business Accountant and later served as a Senior Business Analyst. Penko Ivanov has a proven track record of expertise and leadership in the financial industry.

Penko Ivanov pursued their education at the University of South Florida, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from 1986 to 1992. During their time at the university, they focused on finance, accounting, and economics as their field of study.
