Sally Strutt

Sally Strutt, MCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for Arrow Global Group, Sally previously held significant positions such as Head of People at Hoist Finance, where responsibilities included providing HR leadership within an FCA regulated environment and managing people services across the UK. Prior experience includes Head of HR for Rethink Group, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ticketmaster Entertainment, where Sally oversaw HR services for large teams and collaborated with senior management on strategic initiatives. Sally's career also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Pipex Communications and HR Advisor at Caudwell Communications, along with early experience as an HR Executive at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
