Thomas Rubi

Thomas Rubi is currently the Global Head of Hospitality at Arrow Global Group, a leading alternative asset manager. Thomas also serves as Sr. Advisor and President at Ernie Els Group, where Thomas specializes in golf course design and lifestyle projects. With an extensive background in hospitality and leisure management, Thomas has held various leadership roles at companies such as Dubai Sports City, Monte Rei Golf & Country Club, and Joie de Vivre Hospitality. Thomas co-founded California's premier restaurant delivery service, Restaurant Connection, and has managed resorts in East Africa and Portugal. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
