Joel Horne

Vice President Of Manufacturing Systems And Planning at Arrow International

Joel Horne has a long and successful work history, starting in 1985 when they were promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing at SCM Allied Paper. In this role, they managed seven printing plants and was responsible for purchasing, scheduling, and overall operations. Joel implemented automation, including an ERP software system, and effectively managed a budget of $120 million. In 1993, Shade-Allied Inc. acquired SCM Allied Paper and Joel was chosen to lead the merged company's manufacturing plants. Joel then joined Arrow International in 1994 as Vice President of Manufacturing Systems and Planning.

Joel Horne attended Bishop Fenwick High School from 1976 to 1980, where they pursued a College Preparation degree with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Joel then went on to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Miami University from 1980 to 1985.
