Robert Northrop

Robert Northrop has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of Distributor Operations at Arrow International, Inc. since April 2021. Robert is also a Board Member at Drake Waterfowl Systems since September 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked as the President at Pine Grove Advisors and Investors, where they provided consulting services to business owners and management teams interested in securing private equity sponsorship. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Before that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Apparel from 2016 to 2018. Robert also worked as an Operating Partner at Resilience Capital Partners from 2013 to 2018. Robert's career started at McKinsey and Company, where they held the role of Associate Principal from 2006 to 2013, leading engagements and business development for global Fortune 2000 companies. Robert began their professional journey as a Summer Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2005. Robert also served as the Director of Client Services at Tallan, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, where they played a significant role in the company's turnaround and managed key accounts.

Robert Northrop earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Robert later pursued further education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 2004 and 2006.
