Steve Colache

Steve Colache is an experienced professional in the gaming and casino industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Arrow International, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Steve held various leadership positions at Tioga Downs Casino Resort from February 2020 to December 2022, including Regional VP of Casino Operations, Executive Director of Casino Operations, and Regional Director of Slot Operations. Steve also contributed to Encore Boston Harbor as VP and Director of Slot Operations between July 2018 and October 2019, and held the position of Director of Slots Operations at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady from June 2016 to July 2018. Steve's extensive career began at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, where roles included Director of Slot Product, Slot Project Manager, and Slot Technician Shift Manager from April 2002 to December 2015.
