Thomas Lach has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Thomas started their career as a Summer Intern at Maple Heights Board Education in 1982. Thomas then interned as an Accounting & Tax Associate at Tax Payer Services from 1986 to 1988. From 1988 to 1990, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Lytkowski & Company, where they prepared tax returns and conducted research on tax issues.
In 1991, Thomas joined Arrow International, Inc. as a Staff Accountant. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including Senior Accountant, General Accounting Supervisor, Manager of General Accounting, Manager of Financial Analysis and Budgeting, Corporate Controller, Asst Vice President of Finance and World-Wide Controller, and most recently, Assistant Vice President of Financial Systems and Processes.
In their roles at Arrow International, Thomas was responsible for managing financial systems and processes, overseeing accounting and finance functions, analyzing financial statements, coordinating audits, and leading change management initiatives. Thomas collaborated cross-functionally, prioritizing improvements that aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Thomas Lach received their Diploma from Trinity High School in 1984. Thomas then went on to attend John Carroll University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting. Thomas continued their education at John Carroll University from 1989 to 1991 and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration.
