JJ Hepp has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. JJ currently works at Arrow Lift as the Director of Business Support, where they oversee the company's IT and marketing functions. Prior to this role, they served as the Marketing and IT Manager and IT Manager at the same company. Before joining Arrow Lift, JJ worked as an IT Support Specialist at Arrow Lift and as the Lead Consultant at the hepp group. JJ also has experience in disaster response and program management, having served as a U.S. Disaster Response Associate and Program Director at All Hands Volunteers. Additionally, JJ has worked in customer service and sales at an Auto Technology Company. Earlier in their career, they held multiple positions at McMaster-Carr, including Testing Manager, Software Developer, Project Manager, Entry Operations Manager, Sales Operations Supervisor, Parcel Shipping Supervisor, and Management Trainee.
