Dale Kittles

Dale Kittles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security, law enforcement, and conflict management. Since June 2016, Dale Kittles has served as Field Manager at Arrow Security & Training LLC and operates as a Business Owner at Dale Kittles Consulting LLC, specializing in conflict management for managers and employees, as well as conducting on-site threat assessments. Prior to current roles, Dale Kittles dedicated nearly 30 years to the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office, culminating as Captain and Commander of Community Services, with previous roles including Lieutenant and Drug Unit Commander. Additional experience includes serving as a Police Trainer in Afghanistan for DynCorp International and a Patrol Supervisor for the Greenwood City Police Department.
