Ray has successfully optimized operations, implemented process changes, and led teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction while achieving cost savings. Educationally, Ray holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Art in Economics, and various other certifications related to information management, project management, and Lean Six Sigma.
