Sara Slater is currently the Regional Vice President of Operations at Arrow Security, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as a General Manager and held various positions at Allied Universal, including Client Manager and Branch Manager, from 2014 to 2022. Sara's career began at Guardsmark as a Human Resources Specialist in 2014 and included a position as Service Manager at Universal Services of America in 2015. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
