Rebecca Spalding

Regional VP of Operations at Quest Food Management Services

Rebecca Spalding serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Quest Food Management Services. Rebecca has over 15 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in leadership development, operational excellence and standardizations, sustainability initiatives, along with high-level catering and event management.

Prior to joining Quest, Rebecca previously worked in hospitality within the sports and entertainment industry. Most recently Rebecca served as the Director of Operations with Delaware North, overseeing all the food, beverage and retail at Guaranteed Rate Field. She was also part of the management team to open the highly recognized ballpark, Target Field. Additionally, Rebecca managed the operations at Soldier Field with the Chicago Bears, overseeing all premium food and beverage areas and catering events. She has assisted with many special events throughout the country, including World Series, All-Star games, Super Bowls, as well as new venue openings in the MLB, NFL and NHL.
