Gregory Dierlam

MD, Marketing at Arrow Senior Living Management

Gregory Dierlam is the current Managing Director of Marketing at Arrow Senior Living Management. Prior to this, they worked as a Chanel Regional Makeup Artist for Dillards from September 2002 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for educating customers through product knowledge and makeup artistry, service and advising customers based on individual needs and concerns, and ensuring customer loyalty and sales growth through quality service. Gregory also aided in the development and implementation of creative avenues to grow business. From August 2016 to October 2016, Gregory worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher Art for the School District of University City-Barbara C. Jordan Elementary. In this role, they developed fun and challenging standards based lessons with an emphasis on: product and performance, historical and cultural content, elements and principles, interdisciplinary connections, and artistic perceptions. Gregory also taught all classes using a variety of strategies following the Gradual Release of Responsibility model and used varied forms of assessment to measure student outcomes and the effectiveness of their teaching. Furthermore, they created a welcoming and safe environment that was both inspiring and supportive. Lastly, from July 2016 to August 2016 Gregory worked as a Summer Camp Youth Development Development Professional for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis-Adams Park.

Gregory Dierlam has a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland City University in Art Teacher Education.
