Matthew Dishman

Matthew Dishman is an experienced operations manager currently with Arrow Shipbroking Group since June 2023, following a similar role at The OFE. Prior to that, Matthew worked at BRS Group for over a decade as a dry cargo operator and later as a Panamax broker and head of London operations, where responsibilities included managing vessel operations, negotiating fixtures, and training staff. Matthew possesses a strong background in building client relationships and providing expert consultancy in dry cargo operations and freight derivatives, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Brighton.
