Kathy Boelter

Kathy Boelter is the President of Arrow Solutions Group, a company they founded in 2009. Kathy provides vision, strategy, and leadership for Arrow's client relationships and customer success. Kathy also created the company's overall business plan, including the development of new services and entry into new markets. Arrow Solutions Group provides technology staff augmentation, contractors, project-based resources, and Executive IT recruiting services.

Prior to Arrow Solutions Group, Kathy was the Account and Program Manager at Entre Technology Services from 2007 to 2008. Entre partners with businesses throughout the region in providing technology services & support, managed services, consulting and training. Kathy then spent four years as the Senior Account Executive at Project Assistants from 2004 to 2007.

Kathy began their career in 2001 as the Director of Business Development at ACCU Staffing Services. Kathy spent three years in this role before moving on to Entre Technology Services.

Kathy Boelter attended the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Fox School of Business at Temple University.
