Grace Olsen

Grace Olsen is the Human Resources Manager with Arrow Strategies. Having almost ten years with Arrow Strategies she has jumped in to almost every role within the company and can speak knowledgeably and empathize with every Arrow Strategies team. With the credentials of a PHR and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay, Grace has been influential in Arrow’s culture and keeping up with every changing policy.

Grace was born and raised in Michigan and has lived all over the country riding horses. After hanging up her riding boots, she now enjoys working out and walking her dogs.
