Katy Bigelow

Katy Bigelow is the Vice President of Client Integration and Product Development at Arroweye Solutions. Katy has been with the company since 2015, and in their current role, they are responsible for leading organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring that client projects are implemented on time and according to plan/strategy. Prior to their current role, Katy was the Director of Process Improvement - Quality Assurance at Arroweye Solutions, where they were responsible for long-term company quality goals accomplished through providing operational product and equipment support, vendor qualification, lean principles, raw material, and consumables inventory procurement, process training, procedural document management, process control, key product quality metrics (KPI), cross-functional teams, six sigma, industry ISO requirements, and special project management and integration.

Katy Bigelow's educational career includes completing an AA in Liberal Arts at San Jose City College and then transferring to California State University, Chico where they are currently pursuing a degree in an undisclosed field.
