Ron Prchal

Ron Prchal has been working in the financial industry for over 25 years. Ron started their career as a client services representative and account manager with First Data Corporation. Ron quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a project manager and then director of product management. In 2010, they were promoted to vice president of product development and innovation management.

In this role, Ron was responsible for new product development and key accounts. Ron oversaw a budget of $300 million dollars and successfully managed projects that ranged from new business/product development to strategic account planning. Ron also played a key role in quality control and training.

In May 2019, Ron left First Data Corporation to join Bank of the West as their vice president and senior project manager II. Ron was with Bank of the West for three years before joining Arroweye Solutions as their vice president of product and process innovation in February 2022.

Ron Prchal has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from Wayne State College.
