Norine Wasielewski has a diverse background in healthcare administration. Norine'smost recent position was as the Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Behavioral Health since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Director for Women's and Pediatric services at ProMedica from October 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining ProMedica, Norine worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Substance Abuse Services at Zepf Center from August 2016 to November 2019. Norine also held the role of Vice President and COO for Clinical Integration at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) in 2016.

In their earlier career, Norine was the Operations Director for Mercy's Clinically Integrated Network in the Northern Market from October 2013 to January 2016. Norine also held the position of Director of Performance Improvement and Interim Nurse Executive at Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital from August 2009 to October 2013.

Norine Wasielewski holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Toledo, which was obtained in 1989. Norine also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Toledo, earned in 1983. In terms of certifications, Norine has obtained Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association in June 2022, Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in 2020, Green Belt Certification (GB) from the State of Ohio Administrative Services in 2013, and is a Registered Nurse certified by the Ohio Board of Nursing since October 1983.
