Stephanie Garay

Stephanie Garay possesses extensive experience in leadership and member experience within the financial and retail industries. Currently serving as VP of Member Experience at Arrowhead Credit Union since July 2018, Stephanie has previously held roles as AVP Membership Development and Development Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Target from 2014 to 2018 as Store Director, where oversight of a $45 million P&L and 250 employees was managed, along with leading a store pilot program. Additionally, as a Human Resources Manager at Target, strategic support was provided to various business units, focusing on organizational development and team performance. Earlier in Stephanie's career, roles at Bank of America included Change Manager, Assistant Vice President, where change and communications strategies were led for business transformations across multiple banking centers. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University.
