Mike Longe is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Arrowhead Engineered Products, Mike oversees a large-scale distribution facility focused on outdoor power and automotive components. Previously, at Electrolux, Mike held multiple roles, including Senior Program Director, where Mike led a $500M product and process transformation initiative, and Director of Operations, mentoring a team of leaders and enhancing operational efficiencies through lean methodologies. Mike's diverse background includes expertise in product management, business unit direction, and financial oversight, with a proven track record of optimizing factory processes and reducing costs. Mike graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
