Kelley Bernal

Kelley Bernal, MBA, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. since June 2025 and holds a position as Board Member at USC Credit Union since October 2022. Previously, Kelley held various leadership roles at QBE North America from September 2021 to May 2025, including Vice President, Program Leader P&C and Vice President, Program Manager. Experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at EQ One Insurance Services, overseeing day-to-day operations related to DIC Earthquake, and roles at Catalytic Risk Managers & Insurance Agency, LLC, V3 Insurance Partners, RLI, AIG, and Gen Re in underwriting and management positions. Kelley earned an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (Marketing) and Communications from the University of San Diego, along with completing the Latina Global Executive Leadership Program hosted by USC Marshall School of Business.
