Jian Zhao

Jian (George) Zhao is a skilled engineering professional with significant experience in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager at PACCAR Winch Division since October 2010, Jian manages facility upgrade projects, supports production process improvements, and supervises project implementations. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer at Wellman Products Group, where Jian led Six Sigma and lean improvement projects, and as a Supplier Development Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on new product initiatives and supplier quality assurance. Jian holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from JiLin Institute of Engineering and has further education from St. Clair College.
