Maio Melissa Wreath

Melissa Wreath, MAIO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Melissa began their career at Information Resources Inc. in 1998, where they worked as a Retail Data Analysis Manager. In this role, Melissa managed a team of 15 personnel, collected and analyzed inventory sales data, and successfully decreased data release time.

Following their time at Information Resources Inc., Melissa joined Quebecor World Logistics in 2002 as the Lead Logistics Pricing Transportation Analyst. Melissa was responsible for developing and implementing logistics pricing structures and analyzing logistics routing for just-in-time delivery of printed matter.

Since 2007, Melissa has been with ArrowStream, where they have held multiple positions in both the Logistics and Technology divisions of the company. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Account Management, overseeing business development for ArrowStream's Crossbow technology customers. Their responsibilities include conducting client business reviews, preparing and executing proposals, producing project status reports, managing multiple technology customers, and providing consultative services and guidance on change management practices.

Melissa Wreath, MAIO, completed their education in a chronological order. Melissa began their academic journey in 2004 at Harper College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Marketing until 2006. Following this, Melissa enrolled at Argosy University Chicago in 2006 and successfully obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2008. Melissa further pursued their education at Argosy University Chicago and completed their Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Melissa attained a professional certification as a Supply Chain Professional from APICS in December 2010.
