Mark LaFaille

Vice President of Operations at Arroyo Instruments

Mark LaFaille has over 25 years of experience in project management and operations. Mark began their career in 1992 as an Engineering Associate at Toyota Motor Sales. Mark then moved to Mafi Trench Corporation in 1996 as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for contract management throughout project kick-off, design, production and testing. In 2000, they became the Manager of Project Management at Newport Corporation. In 2003, they joined General Dynamics Corporation as a Manufacturing Program Manager. Mark then returned to Atlas Copco Mafi Trench Company in 2004 as the Director of Manufacturing and Director of Project Management, where they were responsible for 15 direct reports and over 50 department employees consisting of Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, and Production Control, Fabrication (weld & electrical). Mark was also responsible for proposal scheduling and manpower loading for Project Management, Manufacturing and Engineering. In 2012, they became the Project Management Manager at Atlas Copco Mafi Trench Company, where they were responsible for overall project execution (schedule and budget) including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and shipment. In 2017, they joined Arroyo Instruments as the Vice President of Operations.

Mark LaFaille attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology.
